Andrea Gatto has over 10 years of work experience in the field of data science. In 2012, they started as a PhD Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics, where they developed scientific codes in Fortran, C and C++, as well as data analysis tools in Python and C++. Andrea also conducted parallel programming and computing using MPI protocol and high performance computing parallel simulations on supercomputers. Andrea Gatto has an extensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy (Physics) from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 2004 and 2008. Andrea then earned a Master's degree in Astrophysics and Cosmology (Physics) from the same institution between 2008 and 2012. In 2012, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computational/Theoretical Astrophysics from the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics.
