Dr Ashutosh Natraj

Dr Ashutosh Natraj has a long and varied work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer for IBM and as a Research Engineer for Scotiabank, through IBM. In 2008, they were a Research Intern for Smart Light Devices LTD, where they worked on 3D Reconstruction of pipeline in Petroleum industry using Smart PIG. From 2009 to 2011, they were a University Staff & Researcher in Robotics and Computer Vision for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles at CNRS - 6306, Université de Bourgogne + Université Picardie Jules Verne. During this time, they were also the Vice Chair of IEEE UPJV France -doctorant. In 2011, they were an Informatics Council member at MIS Lab, University of Picardie Jules Verne. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Researcher on the EPSRC Multi UAVs Project at the University of Oxford, as well as the Chair of the Research Staff Committee (Computer Science). In 2015, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of VIDRONA LTD, a British Artificial Intelligence based Predictive Prescriptive Analytics Company, and the CTO and Co-Founder of Vine Rangers Inc, a startup on SaaS on precision agriculture.

Dr Ashutosh Natraj has a comprehensive educational history. Dr Ashutosh obtained a CBSE Science Stream from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1990 and 2002. Dr Ashutosh then went on to receive a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2006. Following this, they obtained a B-Tech in Electrotechnische from Technische Universität Dresden between 2005 and 2006. Dr Ashutosh then completed a Master's Degree in Robotics and Computer Vision from Heriot-Watt University in 2007-2008. Dr Ashutosh also obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Vision and Robotics from Universitat de Girona in 2008-2009. Dr Ashutosh then went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Robotics and Computer Vision for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) from CNRS - 6306, Université de Bourgogne + Université Picardie Jules Verne between 2009 and 2012. Finally, they completed a Postdoctoral Research in Robotics and Computer Vision - Multi UAV from the University of Oxford between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they hold a certification in COBOL.
