Orlando Ribeiro

Orlando Ribeiro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Neo Okeanos Engenharia e Consultoria since September 2020, Orlando also holds roles as an Advisory Board Member at Vidya Technology, Angel Investor at Urca Angels, and Energy Advisor for Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP). Previously, Orlando was the Head of Technology and Executive Manager of R&D Center at Petrobras from January 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing the Technology Function and driving innovation through the Petrobras Conexões para Inovação program. Orlando's past roles also include General Manager for the Libra Project, Board Member for OGCI Climate Investments, and Project Coordination Manager at Petrobras America Inc., where the first FPSO in the Gulf of Mexico was installed. Educational credentials include participation in the Strategic R&D Management Program at INSEAD, studies at Singularity University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia.
