Caitlin Neary

Caitlin Neary is a dedicated People Operations Specialist at Vidyard, responsible for full cycle recruitment, company-wide onboarding program management, and various employee engagement initiatives. With experience as a Recruitment Assistant at Vidyard, Caitlin oversaw the onboarding of over 70 employees and developed a campus recruitment program for engineering co-op students. Previously, as a People Operations Generalist at Cuboh, Caitlin led hiring initiatives that significantly expanded the Sales Team. Additional experience in the hospitality industry includes onboarding new hires at Poplar Grove Winery and participating in applicant screening at Salty's Beach House. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Service Management from the University of Victoria and an Associate Degree from Camosun College.
