Sarika's experience includes working as a Territory Sales Manager at Altria, a Senior Consultant at Morgan Business Consulting, and as a Program Manager at Avantus Federal. At Avantus Federal, they were later promoted to Director of Delivery Excellence & Talent Management and then became the Vice President of Integrated Talent Management. Sarika played a key role in implementing talent management frameworks and developing leadership development programs.
