Rajshree's career began at NIIT (USA), Inc., where roles included Onsite Program Manager, leading the development of an Enterprise Learning Management System and supporting numerous content developers. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Software Engineering from Punjab Technical University, along with additional qualifications in software programming and a diploma in Indian classical singing from Swaranjali School of Music.
