Susan Keighron

Susan Keighron is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fitness and engineering. Currently serving as the Office Manager at Step By Step Family Support Center since June 2023, Susan has also been the Team Lead at Vie Athletics since March 2018, leading a team of over 20 coaches to support women's fitness journeys. Prior to this, Susan was a Certified Personal Trainer at Tahoma Athletic Center from October 2014 to April 2018 and coordinated events for the United Way of Pierce County in 2012. Susan's engineering career includes roles as a Program Management Specialist and Manager of Engineering Communications at Chrysler, as well as experience as a Powertrain Systems Engineer. Academically, Susan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and has advanced degrees in Controls Systems Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Oakland University and Michigan State University, respectively.
