Stefan Gyarfas

Stefan Gyarfas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Vice-President and Global Program Manager at Siemens Business Services GmbH & Co. OHG. Stefan then served as a General Manager and CFO in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Apex Tool Group. In 2014, they held the Asia Desk Interim Program Manager role at Viega GmbH & Co. KG. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Partner and Senior Consultant at BSO Performance GmbH, overseeing finance and IT activities. In 2016, they joined B2X Care Solutions as a Director Strategic Programs and Global Project Controller. Stefan also worked as a Senior Business Trainer at moveon Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH and FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, as well as a Senior Business Instructor at Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC. Most recently, they became the Director of Beteiligungsmanagement Corporate Technology at Viega GmbH & Co. KG in 2021. Throughout their career, Stefan Gyarfas has been involved in various areas such as project management, controlling, business consulting, corporate finance, and organizational development. Stefan has also worked on initiatives related to organizational agility, digital transformation, and business expansion in Asia and the Americas.

Stefan Gyarfas has a diverse education history. Stefan obtained an International Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management between 1997 and 1999, with a focus on Business Administration. Stefan further expanded their knowledge in Professional Consulting & Coaching, Leadership, and Communication by attending various leading Training and Education Institutes in the USA and Europe from 1998 to 2007.

In 1992 to 1995, Stefan Gyarfas pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). To supplement their education, they also studied Business Administration at Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM in 1985 to 1986, and at Deutsche Berufsschule am Colegio Humboldt São Paulo in 1982 to 1983.

In terms of additional certifications, they received Prince 2 Agile, Scrum Master, and Scrum Product Owner certifications from Axelos / Exim / New Horizons in 2018, specializing in Project Management. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a Certified Business Trainer designation from Competence on Top GmbH, focusing on Corporate Education. Additionally, Stefan Gyarfas acquired the certificate for "Stepping Up Your Webcam Video Presence" from LinkedIn in March 2021.
