Erin Wille

Erin Wille is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources and operations. Currently serving as a Benefits Coordinator at Viega LLC since March 2023, Erin has also held the position of People Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruitment Coordinator - Leadership at Booking.com, and a significant tenure at Patagonia as CS Ecommerce Supervisor - Operations EMEA. Erin began the career in marketing with roles at Hakwood and Veltec USA, where marketing efforts focused on top cycling brands in the U.S. and contributed to dealer services at Descente Athletic Americas, Inc. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Arizona State University.
