Jennifer Simon

Jennifer Simon, CHRS, currently serves as a Functional Analyst in HR at Viega LLC, where responsibilities include implementing SAP ECC/SAP S/4 and SuccessFactors, along with customizing and supporting SAP HCM modules. Jennifer's prior experience includes roles at Greyhound Lines, Inc. as an HRIS/PAYROLL ANALYST, where management of HRIS processes and performance functions was critical, and at Allstate as an HRIS System Administrator, focusing on system support and implementation projects. Jennifer began a career in HRIS as an HR Support Specialist II at ADP, assisting clients with diverse HR processes and compliance. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Prairie View A&M University.
