Johnathan Nuthall

Johnathan Nuthall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Manager of the Apprenticeship Program at Viega LLC since March 2022, Johnathan leads apprenticeship initiatives while managing program execution and partnerships nationwide. Previously, Johnathan held the position of Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer at McPherson College and served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at XPO Logistics, Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing trends, conducting investigations, and addressing complex employee relations issues. Prior experience also includes working as an HR Business Partner at EMPLOYERS, focusing on consulting with management and providing HR guidance. Johnathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from McPherson College, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
