Gina LeClair is an experienced professional in training and development with a robust background in leadership training and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Viejas Casino & Resort since April 2014, Gina oversees the learning opportunities and leads a team in conducting leadership development training. Previous roles include Leadership Development Manager and Senior Training Specialist at Viejas, where Gina designed training programs that contributed to award-winning service. Prior experience includes a decade at Brigantine Family of Restaurants as a Restaurant Manager and Corporate Trainer, along with working as an Elementary School Teacher in San Diego Schools. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from San Diego State University.
