Claudia Ungar-Huber

Claudia Ungar-Huber is a seasoned professional in corporate management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Subsidiaries & Transaction Management at Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) since January 2017, and as Deputy Head of VIG Subsidiaries Management focused on M&A activities. Prior to VIG, Claudia held the position of Vice President Shareholding at UniCredit Bank Austria AG from 2012 to December 2016, where numerous non-executive mandates were undertaken on supervisory boards and advisory boards across several financial institutions. Claudia possesses a Doktoratsstudium in Betriebswirtschaft und Handelswissenschaften from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
