Cassia de Castro Pires

Cassia de Castro Pires has a diverse work experience in quality management and process engineering. Cassia currently holds the position of Head of Global Quality Operations & Processes at Viessmann Climate Solutions since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch from 2011 to 2021, where they held various roles including Process- and Quality Management Senior Expert and Quality Management Expert and qualified IATF System Auditor. Their responsibilities at Bosch included creating and implementing a management system, ensuring conformity to quality standards, conducting audits, and coordinating complaint management and problem-solving processes. Before Bosch, they worked as a Process Engineering Specialist at Resinas Yser Ltda from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for implementing a new production line and certifying the quality management system. Cassia also gained experience as a Trainee at Petrobras in 2008.

Cassia de Castro Pires completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2004 to 2008. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Production Management from the Federal University of Technology - Parana. In 2015 to 2016, they earned another Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from FAE Centro Universitário.
