Michal Siesicki

Michal Siesicki is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software and hardware development within the automotive and consumer electronics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Embedded & Function Software Development and R&D Manager at Viessmann Research & Development Center since February 2021, Michal focuses on team management and the development of functional software for innovative heat pump products. Previously, Michal held several managerial roles at Diehl Controls, leading global R&D processes, and has a rich background in project management, team building, and technical support across various organizations, including ifm electronic, TechniSat Digital, and WABCO. Michal holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering and multiple postgraduate qualifications in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing.
