Sebastian Guth has extensive work experience in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. Sebastian started their career at BMW Motorrad in 2013, where they held various roles including Specialist in Electrical/Electronic systems. During their time at BMW, they also participated in an internal promotion program and worked on their doctoral thesis under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Hermann Winner at TU Darmstadt.

In 2020, Sebastian joined Viessmann, where they initially worked as a Module Owner E/E and later as a Team Lead Feature Owner. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Functional Design at Viessmann, starting in 2023.
