Ha Tran

Ha Tran has extensive experience in financial services and international business, currently serving as the Head of Retail Collections Center at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since January 2016. Prior to this role, Ha Tran worked at ANZ from June 2007 to January 2016, holding positions as Collections Manager and Business Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing strategic business improvement projects to enhance operating models and customer experience. Earlier career experience includes serving as a B2B Program Officer at the Embassy of Denmark's Economic and Commercial Office from April 2001 to May 2007, focusing on partnership assessments, business matchmaking, and joint venture facilitation between Danish and Vietnamese companies. Ha Tran holds an MBA Executive from RMIT University Vietnam and two Bachelor's degrees in Foreign Trade and English linguistic and literature from Foreign Trade University and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, respectively.
