Khoa Nguyen Dang

Khoa Nguyen Dang has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Khoa started their career at Asia Commercial Bank as a Customer Service Staff and gained experience in dispute resolution and chargeback. Khoa then joined Sacombank as an Operations Manager, where they led a team of 12 and won the Credit Title for three consecutive years. Khoa also held multiple roles at Sacombank, including Risk Management Manager and Research and Policy Manager, where they participated in building credit card policies and conducted R&D on card products.

In 2008, Khoa moved to Standard Chartered Bank as a Consumer Transaction Banking Operations Manager. Khoa set up and led a team of four, handling operational activities on card, ATM, SMS banking, and internet banking. Khoa was also involved in various projects, including card/ATM projects and secure credit card projects.

Khoa then joined Mekong Development Bank as an Operations Manager, where they set up and led an operations team and achieved the highest overall performance rating in the Operations Division. Khoa was involved in projects such as core banking and card platform with biometric authentication.

After that, Khoa joined HDBank as an Operations Manager and led a team of 20. Khoa worked with Visa, MasterCard, and Napas network and gained knowledge on fin-tech for B2B and P2P.

Khoa'smost recent role is at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) as a Card Risk Management Senior Specialist.

Throughout their career, Khoa has demonstrated leadership skills, project management abilities, and expertise in card operations, risk management, and policy development. Khoa has experience in team management and achieving exceptional results.

Khoa Nguyen Dang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Commerce from the Economics University of HoChiMinh City, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Khoa also completed a Professional Certificate in English from MDIS in collaboration with the University of Bradford, Singapore in the year 2007.
