Khue Phung

Khue Phung is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and policy development. Currently serving as the Head of Risk Policy at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) since June 2021, Khue previously held several key positions at HSBC Vietnam, including Head of Policy and Assurance and Manager of Secured Lending Policy and Portfolio Management. Prior roles also include Senior Credit Risk Officer at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia - Viet Nam Branch and Assessment Officer at ANZ. Khue started a career in the financial sector as a Credit Officer at Shinhan Bank. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Banking from the University of Economics - Ho Chi Minh City and a Bachelor's degree from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
