Teresa Nguyen

Teresa Nguyen is an experienced professional in event management and youth leadership, currently working as a Wedding Assistant at XOXO WEDDINGS, LLC, and as an Event Management Intern at Venues & Estates since 2022. Teresa has been actively involved with the Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement since 2017, serving in various leadership roles that emphasize the education and development of youth. Teresa's background includes positions as a DCAC College Adviser Fellow at North Hollywood High School, a Student Assistant and Peer Advisor at CSULB College of Professional and International Education, and a mentor with Long Beach BLAST, where support and guidance were provided to youth facing challenges. In addition, Teresa gained valuable experience in public speaking as a consultant at CSULB's Hauth Center and as an instructional assistant in the Communication Studies department. Educationally, Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Long Beach, along with a formative study abroad experience in London.
