Nam, Dao Phuong has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. They began their career in 2010 as the Co-Founder and CMO of Digital Creative Communication, an online communication and website design company. In this role, they were responsible for building and developing the 360 KPOP community, as well as searching for customers and developing events and online marketing.
In 2011, Nam joined VNPT Technology as the Digital Business Director. They defined long-term organizational strategic goals, identified business opportunities, negotiated and closed business deals, and maintained extensive knowledge of current market conditions. They also built key customer relationships and worked with internal teams and managers to increase sales opportunities.
After leaving VNPT Technology in 2016, Nam joined Vietnamobile as the Head of Digital Business & Digital Transformation. They played a crucial role in the company's growth, focusing on network quality, competitive tariff plans, and best-in-class customer service. Nam developed and delivered product and tariff strategies to increase the subscriber base and had holistic responsibility for all aspects of the product portfolio.
In 2018, Nam took on the role of Head of Digital and Enterprise Business at Vietnamobile. They developed new business opportunities in the field of B2B solution selling, direct key account-shop chains, digital payment, and ecommerce partners. They also built strategies to deliver revenue goals and subscriber acquisitions through modern channels.
Most recently, Nam served as the Product and Digital Business Director at Vietnamobile. They managed three teams and were responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class product and tariff strategies. Nam also developed new business leads in the field of corporate sales and managed special projects.
Before their career in the telecommunications industry, Nam founded and served as the CEO of ELEGO Fashion. As the head of this internationally famous multinational, they designed, manufactured, and marketed women's luxury pajamas, loungewear, and accessories.

Nam, Dao Phuong earned their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI) from 2006 to 2011. Nam, then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from Nantes Université from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they also received certification as an IBM Certified BPM Business Analyst - Blueworks Live and Business Process Manager V8.5.6 from Microsoft in November 2011.
