Hoang Minh Hai

Hoang Minh Hai began their work experience as the Director of 3G Development Broad at EVNTelcom in October 2007, and held this position until February 2009. From March 2009 to May 2010, they served as the Deputy Director - Project Management Broad at EVNTelcom. In October 2002, they started as the Deputy Director at EVNTelcom and held this role until December 2011. Then, in January 2012, they joined Vietnamobile and became the Deputy Director of Core Network until October 2012. From November 2012 to December 2016, Hai held the position of the Director of Network Engineering at Vietnamobile. In January 2017, they were promoted to Deputy Chief Technology Officer and held this role until August 2018 at Vietnamobile. Later in December 2018, Hai was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Vietnamobile, a position they currently hold. Additionally, in 2011, Hai worked as a Senior Advisor at Coleman Research.

Hoang Minh Hai pursued their education in the field of Telecommunications. From 1997 to 2002, they attended Hanoi University of communications and transport, earning a Bachelor's degree. Hoang Minh continued their education at the Asian Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from 2004 to 2006. Later on, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued another Master's degree at the Asian Institute of Technology, this time in the field of Telecommunications.
