Nyein C.

Nyein C.'s work experience begins in 1994 as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked until 2002. They then joined British American Tobacco as a Finance Controller, a role they held for ten years. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Commercial Finance Lead at British American Tobacco Singapore, leading a major ERP system implementation project. Following that, Nyein C. took on the positions of Finance Director and East Asia Area Financial Controller at British American Tobacco from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they took a sabbatical break before joining a US NGO as the Head of Research Taskforce from February to September 2021. Currently, Nyein C. holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vietnamobile, where they oversee various finance-related functions as well as towers/property management and procurement.

Nyein C.'s education history begins in 1989, when they enrolled at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry to study Managerial Finance. Nyein completed this program in 1990. In 1991, Nyein C. further pursued their education in Finance by attending the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants for a year, although it is not specified whether they earned a degree from this institution. Following this, in 1993, Nyein C. attended the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants to obtain a master's degree in Finance, completing the program within the same year.
