Achille Gley is a skilled blockchain and software developer with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as a freelance blockchain developer at Globe & Citizen since March 2024 and as a Python and blockchain developer at VietSoftware International Career since September 2023, Gley's background includes an internship as a blockchain developer at the same company earlier in 2023. Previous positions include application developer at DAABTECH, software developer at SUNU Assurances, and software developer at Amnesty International Togo, all contributing to a strong foundation in software engineering. As the principal CEO of NIKIO, Gley developed a platform aimed at enhancing student interest in new technologies through various content offerings. Gley holds two master's degrees, one in digital content engineering from La Rochelle Université and the other in intelligent systems and multimedia from Vietnam National University, along with a Bachelor of Technology in computer software engineering from Université de Lomé.

In Vietnam we are strategic consulting and service partner of banks and insurances company. The main area of service include SOA/ESB and BPM, internet banking and mobile banking. We partner with IBM, Oracle, TIBCO to provide professional services to Vietcombank , Vietinbank , General Department of Taxation, BIDV, VP Bank, VIB, PVCombank, BigC, Maritime bank, TP bank, BIDV MetLife and Vietnam Customs. We are in our transformation to become a technology house. The first blockchain-based software products is TraXem (i.e. track and view, https://traxem.vn/) for bank saving accounts, for supply chain management, and for agriculture production export. The skill sets of mobile backend and Node JS are now introduced via the product FlockFace (https://products.vsi-international.com/product/flockface/ ) and in the next move on Flock Tour for tour plan and track on the move. Other initiatives and product developments are undergoing, such as SAP HCM DataBridge, Dashboard tools, etc will be soon announced in 2019 or early 2020.
