Eliana Higashi Franco

Eliana Higashi Franco has a diverse work experience in demand and supply planning roles. Eliana is currently the Head of Demand and Supply Planning at VIEVE since February 2023.

Earlier in their career, Eliana held the position of Senior Demand Planner at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty from March 2017 to March 2019. Eliana also founded and owned Lola Daily, a business specializing in the production and sale of high-quality female shirts, from March 2013 to January 2016.

Eliana began their career at Avon, where they worked as a Demand Planning Specialist for Latin America from September 2010 to March 2013 and as a Demand Planning Analyst for Brazil from March 2007 to September 2010.

During this program, they studied topics such as Demand Forecasting, Inventory & Transportation Management and Control.
