Festim Bajrami is an experienced payroll specialist with a solid background in managing the entire payroll process. Currently serving as an authorized payroll specialist at VIEW Group Sverige since December 2022, Festim also holds a board member position at BRF Mandelblomman since June 2021. Previously, employment included roles as a payroll specialist at RSM Sweden and payroll & HR manager at Intertrust Group. Festim has comprehensive expertise in various payroll systems, including Flex Lön, Flex Res, and Hogia Lön, and is well-versed in tasks such as handling time reports, internal controls, and pension reporting. Festim holds a degree as a payroll consultant from Affärshögskolan, completed between 2017 and 2019.
