Sergio Melendez is a skilled professional with extensive experience in residential construction and customer service. Currently serving as a Residential Construction Superintendent at View Homes since January 2019, Sergio manages the planning, scheduling, and implementation of quality-built homes while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency. Previously, Sergio worked as a Lead Foreman at Cristobal Rigal & Construction from January 2015 to January 2019, where expertise in carpentry and blueprint reading was applied. Additionally, Sergio held the position of Sales Associate at Red McCombs Ford in 2016, demonstrating vehicles and successfully closing sales through strong customer engagement. Sergio holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College, earned in 2013.
