Debbie Varnes

Debbie Varnes, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in various roles related to marketing, fundraising, human resources, and executive assistance. Debbie currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Fundraising at View Point Health, where they have been since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Operations from August 2021 to July 2022 and as the Human Resources Director from June 2017 to July 2021, also at View Point Health.

Before joining View Point Health, Debbie worked as the Director of Human Resources at Definition 6 from November 2002 to May 2017. Debbie also gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Rampart America from 2001 to 2002, at Merrill Lynch from June 1996 to November 2001, and at EMI Music from May 1998 to January 2000.

Debbie Varnes, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from SHRM in February 2017.
