Swami Vivekanand Singh has over 15 years of work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Swami Vivekanand is currently working as a Tech Lead Media Streaming at ViewLift, where they manage AWS media services and CMS tools for the Viewlift platform. Swami Vivekanand troubleshoots and resolves issues related to live streaming, VOD, and ads for different OTT clients.

Prior to their current role, Swami worked as a Tech Head-Video Processing Backend at CINESOFT MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. Swami Vivekanand was responsible for integrating the SabhaTV OTT platform for Kerala Legislative Assembly and managed AWS media services for live and VOD streaming. Swami Vivekanand also conducted live streaming of Assembly proceedings over social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube.

Swami also has experience working at NAGRA, where they served as a Sr. System Engineer. Swami Vivekanand worked on the migration of OTT/VOD/IPTV/Compression subsystems for the StarHub headend and Data Centre Migration Project in Singapore. After the successful migration, they continued to support the entire head-end as per agreed SLA.

Additionally, Swami has worked at Planetcast Media Services Limited and Videocon d2h in roles related to compression and operation of media services. Swami Vivekanand has expertise in managing compression chains, PSI-SI generators, EPG servers, and encryption systems to optimize video and audio parameters for better quality and user experience.

Earlier in their career, Swami worked at Noida Software Technology Park Ltd. as a Sr. Engineer Teleport Operation, where they were responsible for teleport operation and monitoring of TV channels via uplink and downlink systems. Swami Vivekanand also worked at Planetcast Media Services Limited as a Project Engineer, specializing in DSNG, Teleport, and live feed events broadcasting.

Swami Vivekanand Singh pursued their education in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering from 1999 to 2003 at BBIT & RC BSR U.P. Swami Vivekanand successfully completed their Engineer's Degree program during this period.
