Ahnaf Akbar

Ahnaf Akbar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technical support and engineering. Ahnaf started their career as a Desktop Support Intern at Sime Darby Global Services Centre in 2010. After that, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Dimension Data, where they were responsible for the Cisco NAC Project at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

In 2013, Akbar worked as a Help Desk Engineer at Prometric, where they provided resolutions for procedural and technical problems. Ahnaf also acted as an advocate for administrators and identified opportunities for improvement.

Akbar then joined Rayyan Solutions Sdn Bhd as a System Support Engineer, where they collaborated with partners, vendors, contractors, and customers on projects. Ahnaf was also responsible for providing hardware and software support services and troubleshooting for end users.

Ahnaf also works closely with the Service Delivery and Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
