Jaehee(Hilary) Shin

Jaehee (Hilary) Shin's work experience begins in 2010 as a Waitress at Carlton Hotel Singapore, where they focused on welcoming guests, providing menu descriptions, and collaborating with other servers. Jaehee(Hilary) then transitioned to the role of Guest Services Officer before becoming a Guest Relations Officer, where they handled daily supervisor duties, managed guest inquiries, and provided training to new staff. In 2015, Jaehee worked as a Coordinator at Booking.com, supporting hotel webpage building and information maintenance. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Baliza as a Marketing Staff member, focusing on growth marketing, community engagement, digital marketing campaigns, and customer service. Currently, they are an Account Executive at ViewQwest and has recently taken on the role of Account Manager, WholeSale.

Jaehee (Hilary) Shin pursued their education starting in 2008 at Osan College, where they obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management, which they completed in 2010. In 2016, they attended Coventry University and earned a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Business and Marketing, finishing their studies in 2017.
