Raghavendra Akunapuram

Raghavendra Akunapuram is a Salesforce Business Analyst and Consultant with extensive experience in managing and customizing Salesforce and Veeva CRM configurations to meet business needs. Currently employed at Viewrail since November 2024, Raghavendra previously held positions at Amgen, HSF Affiliates LLC, CPS Security, and Terumo BCT, where responsibilities included designing workflows, approval processes, and security controls, as well as developing custom functionalities such as Visualforce Pages and Apex Classes. Raghavendra holds two Master's degrees in Computer Science, one from the University of Central Missouri and another from Northwest Missouri State University, both completed in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
