Charlie Fleischman

Charlie Fleischman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as General Manager at VirtualGuarding.com since January 2024. As COO of pdActive since February 2020, Charlie oversees the delivery of advanced Facial Recognition technology in a cloud-based SAAS format to various sectors, including Retail, Security, and Government. From February 2014, Charlie has been the President and CEO of Centronex LLC, focusing on management and Big Data Software Consulting. Prior positions include CTO of Boeing's Intelligence Systems Group from May 2012 to February 2014, CTO at Kestrel Enterprises Inc from June 2005 to May 2012, and President and CEO of Centronex from January 2000 to June 2005. Earlier in the career, roles included Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald and Commander in the U.S. Navy, serving from September 1976 to July 1997, with a focus on F-4 and F-14 aircraft.
