Olya Tsvetkova

Olya Tsvetkova has a diverse work experience in customer service and technical support roles. Olya started their career at Svyaznoy in 2007 as a Specialist in the technical support department. Afterward, they worked at ActiveCloud as a Helpdesk Support from September 2012 to August 2016. Concurrently, they also worked at Active Technologies as a Help desk from an unspecified start date until August 2016. Olya then joined VIGBO in January 2016 as a Specialist in customer service. Their responsibilities grew, and they became the Head of Customer Service in April 2019.

Olya Tsvetkova attended BSUIR from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing Technology.
