Rafael de Queiroz

Rafael de Queiroz is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing robust software solutions across various companies. Currently at Vigil since October 2021, Rafael has been instrumental in creating an event-driven platform consisting of numerous microservices, primarily utilizing Kafka for inter-service communication. Previous roles include impactful contributions at iFood, where Rafael advanced the online food delivery ecosystem, and at idwall, focused on enhancing trust through scalable microservice platforms. Rafael has also taught Information Technology at IFRN, developed health management software for UFRN, and contributed to educational systems for over twenty public universities in Brazil while working at ESIG Software. Rafael holds a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Software Engineering from PUC Minas, a Bachelor’s in Software Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, and a High School Diploma in Information Technology from IFRN.
