April Uzzardo

April Uzzardo was born in the wine country of California, but her roots run deep with Vigilant. Her position as Human Resources Business Partner for the California team is the highest tip yet of a career that began in member services and flourished in human resources.

In addition to helping the Golden State members navigate challenging employment situations, April works closely with Vigilant’s California-licensed attorney to meet and maintain team goals, educate members on the best internal HR processes and keep up-to-date on all employment laws.
