Peggy Prideaux Shrm

Peggy (Phair) Prideaux, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at VigiLanz since March 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Contract HR, HR Business Partner at Plexus Management Group, and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Allina Health, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions across various healthcare settings. Peggy also held leadership positions as Director of Human Resources at Regency Hospital Company and WestHealth, as well as management roles at Ridgeview Medical Center and Professional Inventory Marketing & Merchandising (PIMMS). With a B.A. in American Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an A.A. in Education from Englewood Cliffs College, Peggy has a proven track record in developing HR infrastructures and handling employee relations within diverse organizational environments.
