Adam Boyd is an experienced Project Manager and Lead Project Engineer with a strong background in maritime engineering and project management. Currently employed at Peterson Power Systems, Adam supports maritime customers with the installation and commissioning of CAT engines and propulsion systems. At Vigor, LLC, Adam has played a pivotal role in developing one of the largest plug-in battery electric hybrid vessels for a major US ferry operator while managing a technical team of subcontractors. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the US Army Maneuver Support Vessel Light program and conducting a feasibility study for vessel electrification initiatives. Prior experience includes leading engineering teams at Kvichak Marine Industries and providing naval architecture expertise at Downey Engineering. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans and a certificate from the Executive Development Program at the UW Foster School of Business.
