Alethea Garcia has extensive experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on safety and environmental compliance. Currently serving as a Contracts Administrator at Vigor, LLC since July 2015, Alethea manages the solicitation process for the Ship Repair Estimating Department. Previous roles include Senior Administrative Assistant in Safety/Environmental at Vigor, where Alethea analyzed injury data, developed safety campaigns, and participated in internal committee groups. Alethea's background also includes positions at Evans Metal Fab and Service Steel, where environmental coordination and executive support were key responsibilities. Alethea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Oregon and has additional certifications in Occupational Safety and Health.
