Kevin Shaffer is an experienced professional in production and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Production - Marine Fabrication at Vigor, LLC since August 2020. With a background that includes roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager at PCC Structurals, Inc., and Operational Excellence Advisor at AdvisoryCloud, Kevin has a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Kevin's extensive experience at Tetra Pak encompassed various managerial positions where responsibilities included waste reduction, project management for significant budgets, and team leadership.
