Alok Sharma

Alok Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Alok started their career in 1989 as a Senior Engineer at Punsumi India Limited, where they were responsible for production, quality, and maintenance. Alok then moved on to work as a General Manager at Deki Electronics Ltd from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they worked as a Manufacturing Manager at SGM Malaysia, SGMP Thailand & EASB Malaysia from 1997 to 2004, where they learned technology, optimized production, and set up new factories. Alok then worked as a Production Manager and Plant Head at Salora International Ltd. from 2004 to 2005, and as a Works Manager at Ferolite Jointings Ltd. Ghaziabad in 2005. From 2006 to 2014, Alok served as an Assistant Vice President (Manufacturing) at Shyam Telecom Ltd. and continued their Assistant Vice President role at Vihaan Networks from 2014.

Alok Sharma began their education at The Scindia School in Fort, Gwalior from 1979 to 1984. In this institution, they pursued a High School degree, with a field of study focused on Science, Maths, and Engineering Drawing.

Following this, from 1985 to 1989, Alok Sharma attended Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College in Gorakhpur (UP), where they obtained a BE Mech. Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Later, they pursued further education in Operations and Finance Management from 1993 to 1997 at AIMA- CME.
