Derek Green

Derek Green serves as the Area Vice President of Sales at ViiV Healthcare, following a lengthy tenure at Sanofi from 2003 to 2024, where roles included Marketing Director for Oncology, National Sales Director for Gaucher and ASMD, and various leadership positions in diabetes and rare diseases. Derek demonstrated a robust ability to exceed sales goals and optimize marketing strategies across multiple sectors, culminating in significant accolades such as the World Sales Champion Award. Previously, Derek contributed to sports event coordination at Disney's Wide World of Sports and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University.
