Karole Johnson

Karole Johnson, MS, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital communications and social media management. Currently serving as the Director of US Digital Communications at ViiV Healthcare, Karole has held various roles including DTC Product Manager and Multi-Channel Marketing Manager. Prior to this, experience includes positions at G&S Business Communications as Social Media Supervisor, where management of a digital team and implementation of digital strategies were key responsibilities. Additional roles range from Social Media Specialist at BASF, where content strategy and execution were crucial, to marketing project management and community engagement at various organizations. Karole holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Communication from Franklin University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from High Point University and Oxford Brookes University.
