Katarzyna Kieltyka

Katarzyna (Kasia) Kieltyka is a seasoned scientific professional with extensive experience in bioanalytical research and method development. Currently serving as a Scientific Leader at ViiV Healthcare since October 2017, Katarzyna has previously held significant roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, advancing from Associate Research Scientist II to Research Scientist I, where responsibilities included method development and high-throughput bioanalysis. Earlier experiences at Discovery Partners International and Signature BioScience involved improving operational efficiency and developing solubility testing methods, respectively. Katarzyna began her career as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, focusing on material characterization techniques. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Connecticut College.
