Nithya Kalyani possesses extensive experience in Human Resources, having held various managerial roles across multiple organizations since 2007. Currently, Nithya serves as the Assistant General Manager of People & Culture at Vijay Raja Group, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR activities and achieving significant growth in the HR domain with minimal recruitment costs. Prior to this, Nithya was the Human Resource Manager at CRIYA Innfotaiment Private Limited and the Team Lead Human Resource at Nittany Creative Solutions, where oversight included comprehensive HR operations for large employee bases. Nithya's earlier career includes a role as Senior Executive Human Resource at KSV Constructions and Regional Human Resources at Odyssey India Ltd., focusing on payroll management and regional HR operations. Nithya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and a BSc in Mathematics from N.M.S. Sermathai Vasan College for Women.
