Richard Carey has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Richard began their career at Microcom in 1982, serving as the Director of Hardware Engineering until 1999. Carey then joined Avici Systems as a Software Engineering Manager from 2003 to 2007. Richard later worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Manager of Electrical Engineering from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, Carey took on the role of VP of Engineering at Viken Detection, and also became a Principal Engineer at Heuresis Corporation. Throughout their career, Carey has showcased their expertise in engineering and management, making significant contributions to each organization they have worked with.
