Paulina Stasiak

Paulina Stasiak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success and Operations at VikingCloud since November 2021, Paulina previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this, Paulina worked at SecureTrust from June 2013 to November 2021 as Senior Compliance Operations Manager, overseeing support teams across multiple locations and managing web filtering duties. At LINK4, from June 2012 to April 2013, Paulina excelled as Call Center Manager, leading a sales department of 130 employees and setting ambitious sales goals. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Mellon Poland Sp. z o.o. and Telesales Manager at Raiffeisen Polbank. Paulina holds a degree from the University of Warsaw, completed between 1999 and 2004.
