Allison Becker

Allison Becker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general counsel roles. Currently serving as General Counsel at Viking since February 2020, Becker previously held similar positions at The Dog Agency and spent nearly a decade at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates as Counsel, focusing on complex transactions and compliance. Becker's early career includes summer associate positions at prestigious firms such as Skadden and Paul Hastings, along with involvement in NCAA recruiting through UCLA's Athletic Department. Becker holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in Business Economics from UCLA, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
