Thomas Pfennings is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as Hotel Manager at Viking since February 2024. Prior to this, Thomas held the same position at Hurtigruten Group from November 2021 to October 2023 and at Lindblad Expeditions from January 2020 to November 2021. Thomas’s extensive background includes roles such as F&B Director at MSC Cruises and Food and Beverage Director at Norwegian Cruise Line. With expertise in managing luxury cruise vessels, operational leadership, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Thomas has successfully overseen various food and beverage operations across multiple prestigious cruise lines. Thomas's education includes a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Hospitality Management from Cornell University and an honorary degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
