Justin Truong is an experienced manufacturing and production manager with a solid background in overseeing production operations and employee management. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Manager at Viking Engineering and Development since January 2022, Justin previously held roles as Production Supervisor at nVent HOFFMAN, Andersen Corporation, Tempur Sealy International, TreeHouse Foods, and Flagstone Foods, amassing extensive supervisory experience over 65+ employees. Justin is skilled in timekeeping, inventory management, and utilizing computer systems to monitor production metrics, including downtime and overall equipment effectiveness. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from North Hennepin Community College.
